Important: Unboxing Video Required

Returns are only accepted when you provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded at the time you first open your package. Without a valid unboxing video, your return request will be declined.

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery. The delivery date shown in your order confirmation or tracking details is used to calculate this window.

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the product being delivered to your address.
  • A clear unboxing video must be recorded while opening the package for the first time.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Beauty and personal care products must be unopened, unused, and in sealed packaging.
  • Final sale, clearance, and custom/personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unboxing Video Requirements

To protect both you and us, every return must include an unboxing video that meets all of the following criteria:

  • Record the video before or while opening the outer shipping packaging for the first time.
  • Show the sealed package, shipping label, and order details clearly at the start of the video.
  • Film the entire unboxing in one continuous take — no cuts, edits, or pauses.
  • Capture the product condition, any damage, and all included items as you remove them from the box.
  • Ensure the video is well lit, in focus, and long enough to show the full contents of the shipment.

You will be asked to upload or share this video when submitting your return request. Returns submitted without a compliant unboxing video, or with a video recorded after the package was already opened, will not be approved.

How to Return

  1. Record your unboxing: Film the full unboxing as described above when your order arrives. Keep the original packaging until your return is resolved.
  2. Initiate your return: Visit our Contact Us page or email support@femshopi.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video.
  3. Wait for approval: Our team will review your video and return request. If approved, we will send you return shipping instructions.
  4. Ship it back: Pack the items securely in the original packaging and ship them using the instructions provided. Items must reach us in the same condition shown in your unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned, even with an unboxing video:

  • Items returned after the 10-day delivery window has passed.
  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or washing.
  • Opened beauty, skincare, or hygiene products (unless defective or incorrectly sent).
  • Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance events.
  • Requests without a valid, continuous unboxing video.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage in transit).

Exchanges

We replace items only when they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and include your unboxing video. Contact us at support@femshopi.com with your order number and preferred replacement.
